Research on the Optimization of the Operating Parameters of Methane Carbon Dioxide Reforming Using the Response Surface Methodology

In order to reduce the production cost of methane carbon dioxide reforming reaction, and improve its actual efficiency, in this paper, optimal working parameters reaction are studied. The influence different factors on conversion is studied via a single-factor numerical simulation analysis response surface methodology. Firstly, model established using Ansys Chemkin Pro software analyze single (reactor temperature, pressure, gas velocity) rate; secondly, with rate as value BBD (Box–Behnken design) method; finally, each variable conditions determined method. listed their follows: reactor temperature > pressure speed. results show that when 1135.114 K, 0.103 MPa speed 10slpm, 93.7018%. method adopted which chemical process prediction combined, significantly reducing time improving calculation efficiency accuracy, thus being considerable scientific significance theoretical value.
